Problem with the login as admin of the website
Hello!
I can't access to admin role to the website since the Galaxy is updated with the new look. I tried with the tutorial from the helpcenter with these steps:
- Go to sites/default
- Edit the settings.php
- Set $update_free_access = TRUE;
- Access http://your-domain.com/update.php
- Set $update_free_access = FALSE;
But it doesn't work. When I type www.my-domain.com/default, I get the page with the message:
The requested page "/default" could not be found.
Am I doing something wrong? How can I solve the problem and log in as adming of the webiste?
I am not an IT expert, so this is a bit troublesome for me.

Issue With Drupal

I have some problems with Drupal. Indeed, the ESN Kalmar always ask for a Drupal Uptade, but I have no clue how to do it.. I have downloaded, read a lot of stuff but still don't know how to do it... Maybe you can help me resolving this problem! Thank you in advance.

Unrecoverable Account

We have an account that we are not able to recover, we would appreciate your help either recovering it or erasing it to be able to make a new one. The account belongs to one of our active members. We have already tried password recovery to no avail.

Problem with "news" bar
Does anyone have problem with uploading content on web-page? We can publish events, but not the news?
Contact form no working
Good evening!
I have just recently found out that the contact form from our website at ESN EPFL does not work anymore. Indeed, when one presses the "send message" button we immediatly get an 'http 500' error. I am using the 'contact' module. Would anybody have an idea what the issue is?
Newsletter not sending
Hey! I have been sending weekly newsletters for over a year now. However it stopped working properly for the last 2 weeks. The newsletters sent on 23/11/16 was sent to only 120/718 subscribers, and the next ones were sent to 0. If I try sending it only to the test address I get an error saying that the page is not working. Could anybody help?

How to check number of website views
It is not clear on the website how many views there are for our website, which we need for the section questionairre. Does anybody know how to check this?
Photo for SocialErasmus event's registration
Hi, I'm trying to register my section's SocialErasmus event but when I crop the photo after having uploaded it, website always (with both Chrome and Internet Explorer) tells me I have not cropped the photo.

Image Event not showing properly
Hi! When I make new events, sometimes the image on the page isn't showing properly. Sometimes it only shows a stripe of the image, sometimes it doesn't show the image at all, and other times it works perfectly. It there something I can do about this?

After I set a partner as invisible I wondered where I can make it visible again?
