Summer is there (a.k.a. Transition Time! Part of transition is handing over the e-mail account and changing the account data. Jan Hrubý wrote some guidelines on how to do this:
 
To change your name and photo on G+ profile (the kind-of-source-of-truth for the ESN Google apps):
  1. Click here.
  2. Click on the pencil icon in the top right corner below
  3. Edit your first and last name
  4. Upload your photo
  5. Et voilà!
To update your email signature:
  1. Click here
  2. Click on the cogwheel in the top right corner
  3. Click on "Settings"
  4. Scroll down to "Signature"
  5. Update your name, your phone number, and your Skype handle based on the VIM instructions
  6. Scroll all the way down and click on "Save Changes"
  7. Tadaaa!
To update the "Profile picture" (I know, it's a bit silly, should be linked to the G+ account):
  1. Click here
  2. Click on the portrait in the top right corner
  3. Click on "Change" on the profile picture there
  4. Upload your photo here as well
To update what's going to show up in other people's inboxes:
  1. Click here
  2. Click on the cogwheel in the top right corner
  3. Click on "Settings"
  4. Go to "Accounts"
  5. In "Send mail as:" click on "edit info"
  6. Choose the first option: "(your name in Erasmus Student Network AISBL Mail accounts)"
  7. Click "Save"
