Hello amazing IT team,  

We recently found out that we can't upload images in posts in the News section of our website or  when we add a new event.  We tried different sizes and dimensions but none of it works. The message we get doesn't say why this happens, it only says there's an error and that we should try again later. 

My previous webmaster can't figure out what is wrong either. Anyone with a bright idea on how to solve this?

Hi!

in order to see the error (and therefore give u a proper solution), you need to go, when logged as admin, in the navigation top menu, to Reports -> Recent Log messages and you will see there the error(s) in detail.

It looks like the server where the website is hosted does not have proper permissions in the folders needed to upload the pictures, but could be a different error (e.g: no space in the server)
