Hello IT HelpCenter,

First of all I want to tell you about the problem in our section. One of our new member had registered galaxy account but with wrong Country Section. So my question here, is it possible to delete that account and then make a new one? Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you :)

Hello!

I saw that your user is not registered to any country.

If you are referring to the field "Primary Section (Legacy)" when editing the user, this can be changed to the preferred section.

One solution would be to delete the account but first let's find out what happened. Could you please let us know which country did the new member select and where it's supposed to be?

 

And send me via email the URL of the account or the username (for privacy reasons)
