Hi,
I am a local ESNer from ESN Vilnius University and I was trying to register an ESN card for an Erasmus student.
First, we tried in on the phone, but it was hard to find the home university. So we cancelled the process and did it on the laptop. We tried to login at ESNcard.org with the first activation link. It didn't work, so we ordered a second link. This link worked and we filled in all information and clicked register. But then we got the notification that the ESN card is already in use.
What to do now? Can anyone please help? This is the card number: 1065604UJAL
