There is a security update available for your version of Drupal. To ensure the security of your server, you should update it immediately! See the available updates page for more information and to install your missing updates.

Our website "https://bilkent.esnturkey.org/" is receiving the above error and we fail to edit or do anything on our web site.

Does someone have any recommendations for that?

This message being displayed in your website is just an informational one, meaning you(or the national webmaster) have to update the Satellite version to the latest available.

What do you mean you cannot edit or do anything to your website? Do you have access to it?
