i change value php_value memory_limit 256M

hi, sorry for late reply.. could you please add ITSupport to admin group regular expression?

Administration » Configuration » People » CAS settings » Roles

if you have international ITcom members enabled for help, then just add ITSupport as last one.. you can check that here, but ITSupport was introduced in 4.5.1 so it still might be missing and maybe needs to be added manually..
