How to fill in your Section Questionnaire?

Every year, all ESN sections must provide ESN International with information about the section and its activities, this is done through the Section Questionnaire. This year we decided to introduce the Section Questionnaire in the Galaxy.

The deadline for the Section Questionnaire is the 31st of October 2011!

Follow the instructions:

1. Register on http://galaxy.esn.org or login if you already have an account
2. You need to have any of the following roles assigned to you in order to be able to fill out the Questionnaire.

   Local Level:
   president , vice president, treasurer, secretary, local representative, PR, webmaster or Regular Board Member  

   In case you don’t have any of these, but you have one of the above positions, you need to ask your NR or Local president to assign you this role, depending on the position.

3. As soon as you have completed the above, visit https://galaxy.esn.org/content/section-questionnaire-2011

Notes:
- You can submit the different parts of the questionnaire separately
- The Section Questionnaire is only completed if all parts are filled out
- By changing the section information in the basic information questionnaire, you actually update the central database of our sections. This means that these are the contact details ESN International will use in order to contact you and they will also be displayed on the top of your section's ESN Satellite.
- Only one submission per user and one submission per section are allowed.
